This book is a dark romance thriller. It is not for under 18 audience AT ALL. Some scenes might be disturbing and triggering, hence it is not for faint faint-hearted. Do not expect soft romance or any soft story. So if you like soft stories, this book is not for you.
Also, the characters are flawed. And the male lead is an anti-hero; he is not the typical guy you read in books. He is dark, dominant, and his actions and choices are morally questionable. If you cannot handle a dark male lead, then this book is not for you.
Also, there is no redemption arc. There will be character development, but do not expect the male lead to fall on his knees for the female lead. He is a ruthless guy who gets what he wants, one way or the other.
Though the ML will have a Playboy image, he will never cheat. It is something which I don't personally like and will never write in my books.
So if you are not ready for this, don't read the book. Also, do not report it.
